I watch a bird in the modern wild
Everyone gleams with delight
She makes reflections in rippled water
Rise to a sparkle with life

But careful as she treads
'cause she knows that there's a world around her
dying to be seen and flown about
And I could not be read
as I see her dancing in the meadow
